Resolutions:

Resolutions are due on November 16, 2007. Delegates are expected to email the resolutions to their chairs. Late resolutions will qualify for points, but will not be eligible for the docket. See the Delegate's Guide for the resolution format, the Resolution Guidelines for the evaluation criteria, and the Sample Resolution for an example. Single delegate Security Council delegates are expected to send a position paper to their chairs. Double delegate Security Council delegates are expected to submit two position papers. Position papers should include topic background, past UN involvement, country policy, and possible solutions, and be two double spaced pages. Please cite your sources in MLA format.

Dockets:

The dockets for each committee will be available for download November 26, 2007. Each delegate should look over the docket for his or her committee before arriving at the conference and be prepared to speak about and amend the resolutions. Dockets may be downloaded by clicking on committee names in the table below.

Amendments:
Amendments to the docket resolutions will be written in cooperation with other delegates in committee, following the Amendment Guidelines. A Sample Amendment can be found here. Prewritten amendments will not be accepted.
