Conference Fees

Local conference fees are covered by a non-refundable, $100.00 Participation Fee required of each MUN student, even for students who are auditing the MUN course.  This fee covers all local conferences for the year for each student. 

Invitational conferences will be billed at the time the invitation is presented.  Your student’s acceptance of the invitation will be confirmed with your payment to the Booster Club.  Please note the payment procedures and due dates on the invoices.  If the FULL AMOUNT is not received by the deadline, your student will forfeit their invitation and another student will be invited in their place.   Please see "FAQ's" for further details.

Student account balances may be used to cover all or part of the Participation Fee or Invited Conference Fee or both. The account balance will be provided on each invoice. Simply indicate, in the space provided, how much of the balance you wish to apply to the conference.
